Katrina I. Crawley-Martin, Esq
is a practicing attorney with 25 years of experience. She is the visionary and founder of JazzyKat and Urban Fit Kids. Her grassroots efforts to empower children in health and wellness were recognized in 2012 when she won the Governor’s Fitness Award as the Champion for Health.

Dr. Carmen A. Stokes,
RN, MSN, FNP, PhD,
is a Professor of Nursing at the University of Michigan-Flint. She has been actively involved in community health-related projects and is currently involved with the University of Michigan’s Healthy Environments Partnership, which examines and addresses social and physical environments that contribute to the risk of cardiovascular disease.

is the Founding Member of Blessman Consulting Services (BCS). BCS provides a wide range of Health and Information Technology options to its clients in compliance, audits, and healthcare security. Sharon serves as Urban Fit Kids' Community Health Liaison, where she connects UFK to the broader medical community.

is a Professor of Business and Technology at Cleary University, with over 25 years of experience in business management, technology and computer science fields. As a lifetime member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Girl Scouts of America, she has a passion for mentoring the youth and working in her community. She believes someone's entire life can be changed by the right opportunity and environment.
