Welcome to Urban Fit Kids!

About Urban Fit Kids, Inc. (formerly known as JazzyKat Kids, Inc.)
began as an outgrowth of a for-profit company, JazzyKat, whose community outreach efforts to promote good health and lifestyle choices in urban areas were met with overwhelming positive community response.  The company realized that the need to serve this population exceeded their available resources and thus, in 2007 JazzyKat Kids (a non-profit organization) was created to serve families and children in urban areas.

In 2009, JazzyKat Kids hired its first Executive Director and began the process of increasing its sustainability and expanding its position in the community as a leader in community education outreach.  The organization is now operating under the name Urban Fit Kids, Inc.
